Getting help with your catering search

Tell us where the barrier occurs

If a page, directory filter or form is difficult to use, email the contact above with the page address and a short description of what you were trying to do. It helps to mention whether you were using a keyboard, screen reader or mobile device, but you do not need to diagnose the problem.

You can also describe the catering information you were looking for and the format that would be easier to use. For an event-related inquiry, include only the practical details needed to explain your request. There is no need to send a guest's medical history to report a website problem.

  • Identify the page or tool and the step that caused difficulty.
  • Describe the information or assistance you need.
