Ottawa Catering provides discovery, planning and quote-request tools. It does not guarantee availability, pricing, booking outcomes or catering performance.
Users are responsible for reviewing caterer proposals, contracts, insurance, venue requirements, dietary handling and payment terms directly with providers.
Planning calculators produce broad assumptions, not quotes.
Catering services are provided by independent catering businesses, not by Ottawa Catering.
From browsing to a confirmed catering booking
Keep the final event arrangement in writing
Use the information here to prepare questions and compare options for your Ottawa event. Once you choose a provider, make sure its proposal describes the menu, attendance, service hours and responsibilities you discussed. Keep later revisions with that proposal so everyone works from the same plan.
If the date, venue or guest count changes, speak directly with the caterer about the effect on the arrangement. A calculator result or a directory description does not update a supplier's booking. For questions about using this website, visit the contact page.
