Planning your event with this business
Specify that you are planning an off-site event
For Aquatopia Casual Catering, make the location of your event clear at the start. An office lunch or home celebration needs an off-site catering proposal, with the delivery and service arrangements for your address, rather than assumptions taken from a conservatory event package.
Choose between receiving the meal for your own team to serve and asking for staff to help on site. Explain what equipment is already available in your meeting room or venue so the quote can cover the remaining needs.
- Confirm pickup or delivery timing against your meal break.
- Ask which serving pieces and cleanup tasks are included in the selected format.
Questions before booking
- Request a current casual-catering menu and quote.
- Confirm delivery area and distinguish off-site catering from the conservatory's wedding packages.
- Confirm current pricing, taxes, gratuity, minimums, delivery fees, insurance and cancellation terms.
