Planning your event with this business
Count cookies by their role in the event
Cookies used as guest favours need a different count from cookies on a shared dessert table. Tell ChewyPuff whether each guest receives one package, whether there are extra gifts for staff, and whether other desserts are being served. Work from the number of cookies needed rather than treating an order minimum as an attendance limit.
For branded office gifts or wedding favours, settle the presentation details before the order is finalized. Confirm who receives the delivery and where the boxes will be stored until distribution.
- Send flavour choices, quantities and any logo artwork together.
- Ask for ingredient information and confirm the deadline for changes.
Questions before booking
- The events page lists a 40-cookie minimum and 4–6 days' notice; confirm availability for your date. This is an order minimum, not a guest minimum.
- Request a quote for your flavours, quantities, delivery address and branding needs. Confirm ingredients and allergy requirements directly.
- Confirm current pricing, taxes, gratuity, minimums, delivery fees, insurance and cancellation terms.
