Planning your event with this business
Confirm the order with the participating location
For La Prep catering, begin with the location that will prepare your Ottawa order. Menu options, handoff arrangements and delivery timing need to be confirmed with that location rather than assumed from a general cafe menu.
Plan breakfast or lunch around how long guests have to eat. Boxed or individually identified meals can help with a working meeting, while shared baked goods and coffee need table space, cups and a person to keep the area tidy.
- Confirm quantities, dietary selections and the final ordering cutoff.
- Include the building entrance and a reachable delivery contact.
Questions before booking
- Choose a participating location through the online catering portal.
- Confirm order minimums, delivery windows and dietary handling with the selected location.
- Confirm current pricing, taxes, gratuity, minimums, delivery fees, insurance and cancellation terms.
