Planning your event with this business
Request a proposal for your venue
NeXT offers both events at the restaurant and catering elsewhere. If your gathering is at an Ottawa office, hall or home, identify it as an off-site inquiry from the beginning. Room arrangements and packages at the Stittsville restaurant do not automatically describe what is included at another venue.
Share the available preparation space and the meal schedule before settling on the menu. Ask how dishes will be finished and served on site, particularly if you want a multi-course dinner.
- Confirm kitchen equipment, staff hours and rental needs.
- Request the full off-site cost, including travel and collection arrangements.
Questions before booking
- Request an off-site catering proposal for your venue rather than a restaurant room package.
- Confirm current guest capacity, staffing, travel charges and kitchen requirements.
- Confirm current pricing, taxes, gratuity, minimums, delivery fees, insurance and cancellation terms.
