Planning your event with this business
Give a custom menu a practical starting point
When approaching Urban Element about a custom event, describe how you want guests to eat: seated courses, shared dishes or food during a reception. Include a few food preferences and any firm requirements, then leave room for the team to suggest a menu that works in your space.
For a gathering at home, explain kitchen access and the dining layout. For an Ottawa venue, send any outside-caterer rules along with the event schedule so the proposal reflects the actual service conditions.
- Confirm staff roles and any equipment that must be brought in.
- Ask how menu revisions and final guest numbers are approved.
Questions before booking
- Use the event inquiry form to share your date, venue and menu ideas.
- Confirm service staffing, delivery and any event planning support in your proposal.
- Confirm current pricing, taxes, gratuity, minimums, delivery fees, insurance and cancellation terms.
